How much room do you need for the trailer?
Our mobile bar will need plenty of room to park, as well as accommodating the entry and exit of our truck and trailer. Estimate roughly 30' length by 12' width and 8' height for clearance. A space that is level with flat ground to set up the mobile bar is ideal. The serving windows are located on the passenger side.
Do you have a liquor license and do you supply the alcohol?
We are a dry bar, meaning in ordinance with Michigan Law, alcohol must be supplied by the event host, coordinator or third party. We do have TIPS certified bartenders that will make your mobile bar experience enjoyable. In addition, we will provide guidance to help facilitate the pre-purchase of your alcohol selection choice and suggested quantities.
Are you fully insured?
You betcha! Liquor Liability and General Liability.
Our packages include disposable drink ware. What if we want glass or specific glassware?
We provide you with our disposable drink ware for all of your beverage needs: beer (14oz), wine (9oz) and signature cocktails (12oz). Our packages also include serving napkins, straws, ice, garnishes and mixers. If you have specific glassware in mind, we will be prepared to serve what is provided by the event's host as well.
What are your payment and cancellation policies?
To book your mobile bar experience we collect a 50% deposit fee to confirm your booking. The remaining balance will be paid the day of your event upon arrival.
In regards to refunds, 70% of deposits will be refunded as long as your event is canceled 30 days prior to your event. If you cancel closer to your event date, no refund will be issued due to high demand and availability.
Having a good time & want to extend service?
If you exceed the package allocation of service hours during your event, you will be charged $250 per additional hour at time of extension.
Do you have power?
Yes! We run off of a very quiet generator.
What counties do you serve? Do you travel outside city limits?
We are located in Washington Twp, MI and will serve the following counties: Macomb, St. Clair, Lapeer & Oakland. Outside of our travel limits will be subject to negotiation and a one time fee for mileage. We can review location and venue of choice upon booking. Please contact us if you have a location outside our perimeters.
What happens if I run out of alcohol during my serving hours, or I have extra when my hours are up?
Since we are a dry bar and licensed to serve only, it would be your responsibility to provide additional alcohol for service. If you have extras after the event, those bottles will be returned to you.
